"Acme has been working with Keeper Corp since 2011.

Keeper has been instrumental in supplying prototype components for an Autofrettage process on Hydraulic Fracking Pump Fluid Ends. The Autofrettage process pressurizes a large 3000 lb. Fluid End to 60,000 psi. Usually this process is performed by the O.E.M. Keeper's support helped us develop this process in house and enhance our competitive position in the industry.

Keeper's team supported short lead times, engineering changes and quick turnaround that allowed Acme to test various pressure plugs and fittings.

Once we were in production Keeper supplied 10 to 20 piece lots of various plugs and fittings ranging from 4" to 8" diameter and 6" to 20" length.

Keeper has manufactured MRO and replacement parts for our CNC Machine tools.
